At Trend Nails & Spa, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, we do not offer refunds for any of our services once they have been provided.

Once you have paid and left the premises, it signifies that you have agreed to our policy and terms and are satisfied with the services performed.

If you have any concerns or issues with your service, please address them with your technician during your service. If you feel the technician does not understand your concern, please reach out to management. We are committed to resolving any immediate concerns to ensure your satisfaction before you leave.

Any complaints or dissatisfaction must be communicated to our staff before you leave the salon. We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot.

Service Guarantee

At Trend Nails & Spa, we stand by the quality of our services. If you experience any issues due to a service-related error within one week of your appointment, we will gladly provide a complimentary repair. After this period, any repairs will be treated as a standard service and subject to regular pricing.

Please note that traditional polish services are not covered under this guarantee.

Clients are responsible for any damages resulting from improper care or accidental mishaps.

Terms and Conditions

By using our services at Trend Nails & Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Satisfaction: We strive to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied, please inform our staff before leaving the salon.
Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with contagious conditions, open wounds, or disrespectful behavior.
Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of service. Once payment is made and you leave the salon, it indicates your acceptance and satisfaction with the service.
Appointments and Cancellations: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, at the discretion of the salon.
Health and Safety: For the health and safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to receiving services.
Ingrown Nail Removal: Your safety is our priority. While we are happy to assist with ingrown nail removal upon request, please note that we are not licensed podiatrists. If you choose this service, it will be performed at your own risk. Trend Nails & Spa cannot be held responsible for any complications, such as infections or discomfort, that may arise. For serious concerns, we recommend visiting a healthcare professional.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
Children Policy: Children under 10 must be supervised at all times or left at home.
Cell Phone Usage: Please use cell phones respectfully; hands-free devices are encouraged.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and treated as cash.
Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Management Discretion: Any issues not explicitly covered in these terms and conditions will be handled at the discretion of management.
